Services

1:1 Conflict Coaching

In conflict management coaching, I provide a supportive space where individuals can reflect on challenging situations, explore what may be contributing to the conflict, and develop practical strategies for moving forward. Together, we work to better understand communication patterns, consider different perspectives, and identify approaches that support both your goals and the relationship dynamics involved. Whether you are preparing for a difficult conversation, experiencing tension in the workplace, or simply looking for guidance on how to navigate a conflict more effectively, coaching can help you build confidence, gain clarity, and move forward with intention.

Mediation

In a mediation, I create a respectful and supportive space where people can have conversations that may feel difficult to have on their own. As a neutral third party, I help participants share their perspectives, better understand one another, and explore options for moving forward. My role is not to determine who is right or wrong, but rather to guide the process, support productive dialogue, and help people work toward solutions that meet their needs and interests. Whether the conflict involves workplace relationships, communication challenges, or broader interpersonal concerns, mediation can provide an opportunity for meaningful conversation, understanding, and resolution.

Restorative Services

Through restorative services, I support teams and workplaces following significant or disruptive events that may have impacted trust, communication, working relationships, or team functioning. Using a thoughtful and client-centred approach, I work with leaders and employees to better understand what has occurred, identify what is needed to move forward, and create opportunities for meaningful dialogue, rebuilding trust, and strengthening workplace relationships. Whether following conflict, workplace investigations, organizational change, or other challenging circumstances, restorative services are focused on helping individuals and teams heal, reconnect, and move forward in a healthy and sustainable way.

Stephanie Gauvreau

With more than a decade of experience in human resources, workplace investigations, mediation, and workplace restoration, I help organizations and individuals recover and move forward after periods of significant conflict or disruption. I played a key role in building and managing a workforce restoration unit within a public sector organization in Canada, leading restorative practices for teams that had experienced intense stress. This includes conducting workplace assessments, co-creating restorative plans, and team agreements that help rebuild trust and build cohesion.

I provide mediation, conflict management coaching, and curate and deliver conflict-related workshops to help individuals and teams build conflict competent and resilient teams. My approach is grounded in the belief that people move forward more successfully when they feel heard, understood, and worthy of a resolution that meets their needs. I am committed to being approachable, collaborative, and balanced, with accountability and respect for everyone involved.

My qualifications include mediation and workplace restoration certifications through the ADR Institute of Alberta, The ADR Learning Institute, the International Mediation Institute, Cinnie Noble's CINERGY Conflict Management Coaching Program, and Workplace Fairness International, along with a Commerce Degree from MacEwan University.
